Blair Einfeldt is a very passionate educator who drives for educational change through the use of technology and Inquiry driven instruction. Blair uses his energy and passion for education to help create a classroom atmosphere of Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose. He has been working in education/coaching since 2003. Blair is also the Co-Founder of The Ed Tech Maniacs (along with Darin Anderson) blog, an internationally viewed blog that boasts  over 1,000 unique visitors in the first 3 weeks of its creation. Blair's use and knowledge of educational technology and his passion for new ways to reach students, make him a highly sought after instructor and aid to all those he interacts with.

Blair grew up in Cedar City, Utah, where he attended Southern Utah University. It is there where he met his wife Mary as they were both studying English (Blair in English Ed and Mary in Creative Writing). They now have 3 daughters: Elliot, Astoria and Rousseau. Blair teaches Freshman and Senior English, Humanities, Speech and Communications and Argue and Debate at North Sevier High School in Salina, Utah. He has taught all ages from 7th grade to seniors and has also taught 3 years of Spanish, as he speaks fluent Spanish. Blair also serves as the Head Boys Basketball coach and is going into his 14th season of coaching basketball and 8th season as a Varsity Head Coach.
